Forums broken and then fixed

Due to a recent error, the forums had to be reset. I did so and then I forgot about it while I had to do schoolwork. Then, I became sick, thus I had time to fix them. You may notice a few changes, mainly the theme, that may improve performance. We have a blog feature now, so if you want to whine about your life, do it in a blog.

If all is working correctly, anybody using Joomla and MyBB will hopefully notice that you are being logged into both at the same time, as well as being registered in both.

Do not be alarmed, this is not a virus. It will not spy on your computer using "malware systemz in their databacez!111". It's a simple Joomla extension that allows us to easily integrate Joomla with most other software.
